It is located in its own building, at the back of a tranquil garden, tucked behind one of Orange’s finest and centrally located Late Victorian homes. Situated on prestigious Byng Street, which is part of the heritage precinct, the property enjoys a majestic, tree-lined avenue that offers beauty, shade and vibrant colours in every season.

This charming and spacious loft is secluded and private. Byng Street Garden Loft offers a beautifully appointed, light filled and expansive 56m2 apartment in central Orange, NSW. Set amongst a well-established, green and leafy European style garden, the accommodation has a separate  entrance via a courtyard. The apartment is on the second floor of a separate building and accessed by a set of stairs.

The Space

The open plan loft accommodation features a country style oak kitchenette with minimal but essential cooking facilities, although most guests prefer to experience the culinary delights Orange is famous for.

The Garden

Guests are welcome to utilise the large, sun drenched courtyard facing the loft accommodation. The outdoor setting is perfectly situated within the peaceful, leafy garden with many guests opting for this sunny spot to sample some of the local wines and enjoy a pre-dinner drink. The bespoke colonial cream granite and cast iron table makes for an ideal pre-dinner wine and cheese setting.

Access

To access the Garden Loft accommodation, guests walk down the side of the main house using the driveway, to a separate building. The apartment is on the second storey, above the free-standing garage and accessed using a keypad (you are given the code once your booking is confirmed).

Guests have sole use of the large 56m2 loft apartment space and can easily access the light drenched courtyard set amongst a green and leafy manicured garden.

Before arriving,  your host Alex will touch base to ensure you are confident with the checking in instructions.

During your stay we respect your privacy. However, we are delighted to answer any questions or offer any local  tips. Check in uses a key pad and code to make things convenient.

Other things to note:

The Garden Loft has a kitchenette with limited cooking facilities as opposed to a full and extensive working kitchen.

The apartment is on the second floor and accessed by a set of stairs, 14 to be exact.

Clothes washing facilities are off the premises.

The resident enthusiastic and friendly Ridgeback dog, Ruby lives on the premises.

Parking is rear to curb, directly in front of the house on quiet Byng Street.
